    2. User Responsibilities

    As a user, you agree to:

    • Answer surveys honestly and thoroughly
    • Not engage in fraudulent or dishonest behavior
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

    3. Survey Guidelines

    Survey creators agree to:

    • Create surveys for legitimate business validation purposes
    • Not collect sensitive personal or financial information
    • Respect respondent privacy and data
    • Not misuse survey data

    3A. Content Moderation and Image Upload Policy

    To maintain a safe and professional platform, we implement comprehensive content moderation for all images and media uploaded by users.

    Acceptable Image Content

    Users may upload images that are:

    • Professional product or business images
    • Screenshots of applications or websites
    • Charts, diagrams, and infographics
    • Professional photography
    • Brand logos and graphics
    • Educational and instructional content

    Prohibited Content

    Users must not upload images containing:

    • Explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive content
    • Violence, gore, or graphic content
    • Hate speech or discriminatory imagery
    • Medical or surgical imagery (unless educational)
    • Personally identifiable information without consent
    • Counterfeit or copyright-infringing material
    • Spammy, misleading, or deceptive content

    Moderation Process

    All images are automatically scanned using AI-powered content detection systems that identify potentially inappropriate content. Images flagged by automated systems may be manually reviewed by our moderation team. We reserve the right to:

    • Reject or remove images that violate these guidelines
    • Block users who repeatedly upload inappropriate content
    • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
    • Request removal of content violating copyright or privacy

    Image Technical Requirements

    • Maximum file size: 10MB
    • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
    • Minimum dimensions: 100x100 pixels
    • Maximum dimensions: 4000x4000 pixels

    User Reporting

    If you encounter inappropriate or policy-violating content, please use the report feature to notify our moderation team. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

    4. Credit System

    Credits are a virtual currency used to create and respond to surveys on our platform. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify the credit system at any time.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

    6. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior we deem inappropriate.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
